All purchases from www.vatobunny.com have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange by immediately contacting vatobunny@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, for books: sealed, un-open and unused, no creases or page wear, with tags, stickers and personalized notes, all in their original packaging. Ripped/torn up original packaging will not be accepted. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, contact vatobunny@gmail.com through email, proof of damage or wrong item. To start a return, you must contact us at vatobunny@gmail.com directly and only. Contact through social media or any other outlet regarding these requests is unacceptable per the initial seller/buyer agreement conducted on the website in question as clearly stated to contact www.vatobunny.com with any return/exchange claims and concerns by direct email: vatobunny@gmail.com. Please note that returns/exchanges for any reason will need to be communicated before further action is taken. Returns are for defective products only. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package to Las Vegas, Nevada. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Shipping Address you received your items from does not accept or receive physical mail, packages, etc. DO NOT MAIL TO THAT ADDRESS. Your returned items will not arrive and thus return/exchange will no longer be possible or applicable. You can always contact us for any return questions at vatobunny@gmail.com. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders and personalizations such as items with dedication signatures. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or bundled items/package deals. Exchanges are the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. Communicate to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the new item so applicable credits and payment remainders can be rendered from www.vatobunny.com by using your special Discount/Credit Codes to be applied upon checkout. Discount/Credit CODES will be applicable as a one-time use on an individual case by case basis and not a lasting Discount/Credit offer. Discount/Credit CODES may have a specific expiration date of use, no less than 24 hours after return/exchange negotiations have been accepted, agreed upon, individual CODE created and delivered to customer. The individual CODE will render EXEMPT after new order is placed. Return of funds due to defective items to be processed once returned items are received. Please allow up to 30 days for bank processing consideration. All claims will be tracked and followed up for quality assurance with the customer.
